Kite Realty gave a presentation to investors, which included additional information regarding their new shopping center in Holly Springs, NC. Construction is still dependent upon Target starting construction, which is rumored to be in the spring of 2012. Signed tenants are currently listed as Frank Theatres , Dick's Sporting Goods and Marshall's, with Michael's and Petco identified as being in negotiations. Located at the intersection of the N.C. 55 Bypass and New Hill Road, this new power center will be just south of the new I-540 toll road.
